Our normal business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time zone, Monday through Friday. However an Orttech representative is generally available one hour before and up to one hour after our normal business hours.

A human receptionist will always answer your telephone call to Orttech. Orttech has separate, fully trained sales administrators for the USA/Mexican/Latin American and Canadian markets. When the receptionist answers your call, they will ask you a few simple questions to better direct your call.

IDENTIFYING THE MODEL NUMBER OF YOUR ORTLINGHAUS UNIT

An Orttech sales administrator can assist you in identifying your Ortlinghaus product(s). Once the Ortlinghaus FABrication Number and model number have been identified, an Orttech sales administrator can provide you with a quote that includes price and delivery for whatever spare part(s) you may need or with a replacement unit. The FAB number, together with the model number of the product should be stated in your request for quote of any spare parts. These two sets of numbers will enable us to quote you as quickly as possible.

Ortlinghaus FABrication Number (FAB Nr.)

An Orttech sales administrator can normally identify the model and size of your Ortlinghaus product if given the Ortlinghaus FABrication Nr. within about an hour. All Ortlinghaus products are stamped at the Ortlinghaus factory with a distinct FAB Nr. Normally the FAB Nr. is located on one of the larger diameters of the Ortlinghaus product. Older fabrication numbers will look like YY/NNNNN and newer ones will look like YY/NNNNN/NN.

These TPIs provide installation and maintenance instructions, a list of parts and recommended spare parts, and an exploded drawing to qualified personnel who assemble, operate, and maintain Ortlinghaus clutches and brakes.
